Our home took a year to sell, they do not all sell in the first couple of weeks. Minors & Brady were the third agent we used to advertise our property, so I was quite sceptical whether they could do what the other agents we used, could not. We have been very impressed with Minors and Brady right from the beginning of our search for a property through to the final stages of exchanging on the purchase of our new property. They exhibited strong knowledge of the property market whilst we were looking for a new home and once we had found it, we received regular updates throughout the process from Aysegul Capti who demonstrated professionalism throughout the process, responding promptly to queries in a concise and courteous manner; this really helped us through what is a stressful time. She showed a genuine interest in our needs and was approachable and happy to resolve any issues that arose during the process. He met me at the front of the property and continued showing me around the apartment with complete confidence. On chatting to him he said it was only his third week in the job. He answered my questions with all the information he had to hand with complete confidence. This guy will go a long way in his career as an estate agent. From the initial meeting, valuation, photos, sale process to now the after care phase they have been faultless. Connie has been superb with regular communication and updates and flexible to our working hours and demands. GoogleCassandra Creak at Minors and Brady was our aftersales progressor. We have used Minors and Brady before and both times they were excellent from our initial involvement with them until completion.
Cassandra was really good and kept us informed of the progress at regular intervals. We had some challenges with the transaction (Not Minors!) and Cassandra was quick to offer help and advice. She would also liaise with each parties solicitors to ensure these challenges were not overlooked and dealt with as quick as possible.
Moving homes is always stressful so reach out to Cassandra and Minors and Brady to try and reduce the stress.
