GoogleI have just purchased my first house with minors and Brady. Being a first time buyer I was very out of the picture what i had to do and the step by step guides to buying and viewing houses. Bradley Stark of minors and Brady was fantastic in all aspects of the steps to buying, viewing and negotiating on the property. I can’t thank him enough for the amount of stress he took of my shoulders. I would highly recommend this company and also Bradley Stark to other buyers like my self.

GoogleWe recently sold our property through Minors & Brady, and the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The agent who came to do our valuation had clearly done his research on our home and the local area. He gave us complete confidence that the valuation we received was accurate and reflected the true value of our property. Our photographer was also brilliant! His photos were absolutely stunning and captured our home perfectly. The pictures were so good that I could have bought my own house all over again! After many viewings, we successfully sold our property with the massive help of Lauren, who has been nothing short of amazing. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our sale price and kept us informed every step of the way, making the entire selling journey as stress-free as possible. We really felt she was on our side. Lauren has also been a huge help in finding our next home. She seems to understand exactly what we’re looking for and has sent us a number of great properties to consider. Selling a family home in a popular town was proving difficult and local estate agent was not particularly active. Then we engaged Minors & Brady who were an enthusiastic breath of fresh air. They have a wide catchment area and we had viewing quickly & a sale agreed in no time.

GoogleMy wife was the communicator with Minors & Brady of Caister-on-Sea so this is our review via her. The whole team have been brilliant throughout helping us find our perfect house in Norfolk. We are just waiting to move in now after a very quick timescale to Exchange of Contracts. Cassandra Creake has been so helpful with her after sales service and nothing was too much trouble with confirming elements and contacting our Vendors. Cass was also very prompt in getting back to us always. Buying a home can be very stressful as we all know! 5 stars all the way from us!

GoogleJust had our property put on the market and so far very pleased. Shania Wright was a great help with putting the details on line and producing a lovely brochure for the house. We viewed a house with Chloe Round who was very helpful and answered all our questions and was so lovely. Happy customer. We have now dealt with Cassandra Creak in aftersales and she has been great keeping us updated on all things relating to our sale and purchase. All round a great team to deal with.

Exchanged contracts today & we complete in the New Year! That's 14 weeks from making my initial offer which is pretty impressive these days. I had no idea that the sale would be assigned a Sales Progressor" by the estate agent. Megan C made contact as soon as the offer was accepted and she was there to liaise with me and the seller plus both solicitors to push the process through on a reasonable timescale as well as answering all those questions a solicitor makes you feel stupid (and sometimes charges) you for asking. Having bought properties in the past, I can't praise and thank Megan enough for her good humour and support. She certainly took a lot of the stress out of the process for me and was a total star from start to finish. I should also mention her 5-star inclusion and diversity awareness - I requested all contact to be via email to accommodate neurodivergence and this was facilitated without issue or hiccup.I hope management pass on and discuss positive reviews because if they want an example of how to effectively and efficiently engage with clients - Megan C is the staff member to see.
