***Edit*** I am now rating a 1* Since the last time I used this company they have gone so downhill with their service and I have had the worst experience with them that I can no longer recommend them I have had a very positive experience with the sales team in Caister. I mainly dealt with Connor who was very professional and helpful. From the first step of having my house valued, the pictures taken for listing to arranging viewings was great. I have now exchanged contracts today and completing next week. I can highly recommend Minors and Brady.

I had a great experience with Minors…

I had a great experience with Minors and Brady Oulton Broad. I was selling my late fathers house which added extra complications but they were organised and pro-active and goy me an offer. Claire from the aftershaves team helped enormously talking to all parties. When I was let down by a cleaner she conacted their lettings team to find someone who would come out an a bank holiday weekend. Recommend highly.

Minors and Brady just can't take no for an answer. Today, having already been explicitly told that we don't want any contact with them, they post a hand-written note though our door about the property we have for sale elsewhere in the village. Look up my previous review of Minors and Brady when I complained before about being harassed by them. Simply sick of this estate agent.

As first time buyers Minors & Brady were excellent in facilitating our house purchase - special mention to Macey who helped us get to the point of our offer being accepted. We recently sold our property through Minors & Brady, and the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The agent who came to do our valuation had clearly done his research on our home and the local area. He gave us complete confidence that the valuation we received was accurate and reflected the true value of our property. Our photographer was also brilliant! His photos were absolutely stunning and captured our home perfectly. The pictures were so good that I could have bought my own house all over again!
