FacebookThis company fails to communicate properly with its customers which resulted in nasty letters threatening legal actions. This was all over us taking our property off the market for the winter and then us wanting to put it back on with themA few months later and due to non payment of EPC which is included in the sale. Why would we pay something if the property is being put back on with the company. Lost sale, lost commission. Pity really as it started so well but then due to the lack of communication this had to happen.Collect your board please which is on private property.

GooglePopped into the Caerphilly Peter Alan branch, we were looked after a lovely lady whose name I can’t remember sorry. She quickly found out what we were searching for and listed properties which fit the bill plus and also discussed some others that we hadn’t considered. The viewings were all tee’d up back to back and Josh and Lydia who took us out were very friendly and knowledgable. Would not hesitate to use again, thanks diolch

GoogleJordan and Abigale have been brilliant! Peter Alan have been the only agents who have consistently made efforts to communicate and offer alternatives for us. Most other agents have left us in the dark most likely because there's alot of business out there at the moment and they don't give a hoot about their applicants. Peter Alan have offered great support over multiple branches during our search, their staff are helpful and friendly. If you're struggling to find somewhere to live, I strongly recommend to give them a call provide your details and what you're looking for and they can help by letting you know what's coming to the market. The earlier you can get in the better.

From the moment I sent a request for a viewing the response was prompt, professional and friendly and has been ever since. The agent who showed us round the house was very welcoming and knowledgeable, she answered every question we had. We have been liaising with Rebecca since we submitted an offer and she has been great. Kept us updated, has answered any questions we had and always responds very quickly. Could not fault the service at all and would recommend to anyone!

GoogleHaving recently moved to the area I have been in contact with a lot of different agents. Peter Allen Caerphilly have been absolutely fantastic. Their letting department are friendly yet professional and very efficient and helpful. We were able to view the property the same day and Jordan, who conducted the viewing with us, was absolutely fantastic, giving all the information without ever being pushy and helping with the application. I would not hesitate to recommend.
