GoogleI had a viewing for a property in Caerphilly. I was greeted by Jordan, with a beaming smile and such a lovely attitude! I had all information given to me about the property and questions answered when needed. Just that makes property searching so much more worthwhile and enjoyable, as this can be a hard time for anyone! I appreciate the conversation we had! It made me feel like I'd known Jordan for a lifetime😁

GooglePeter Alan have just finalised the sale of my property. Not the easiest of tasks in a period with lockdown and restrictions. Lydia in the Caerphilly branch game me confidence that they would be able to successfully market the property. She was efficient and the property was on the main web sites very quickly. I was notified in good time of each prospective buyer’s visits and with purchase offers and advice. Once a sale was agreed Claire stepped in regularly checking on progress and stepping in to overcome delays and was tenacious in her efforts to drive completion. From dealing with every member of staff it has been such an easy process and everyone has been so professional and helpful. GoogleI cannot recommend the guys at Peter Alan Caerphilly enough! After not being happy with my initial agent of choice, I decided to use Peter Alan instead, and I should have definitely done that from day one! Every single person I have been in contact with at the branch has always been so helpful, friendly and informative, and Lydia in particular is a true credit to the business and has always gone above and beyond, despite whether it was her working hours or not! I had always been told selling your house was one of the most stressful experiences, but I can honestly say this hasn't been the case while partnered with Peter Alan. I always felt comfortable asking for advice and sharing thoughts, and the team here really listen and work with you, and always made me feel like a top priority. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

GoogleThe staff that take you to view the properties are polite and professional however once you are past that stage and dealing with their sales “negotiator” it’s a different story. I found particular staff very rude & pushy. Twice I was accused of holding up the sales process. If she had actually bothered to find out her facts first before passing comment she would have known that I was actually ahead of them and waiting on their side to sort things out. The second member would not listen to basic things so I had to repeat myself numerous times on the same call about the same issue. She also made me feel like I was a liar at certain points when I was willing, and offered, to back up what I was saying but she refused to accept stating no one was available to deal with it further and she was the only person left in the office yet minuets before someone from that office transferred me to her?! If they had the same approach and professionalism as the gentleman and two ladies that helped with the viewings I would have provided a higher rating because they were genuinely helpful however certain members of the team have a bad attitude and it really lets them down. I’ve spoken to many people who think the same. I really think particular staff would benefit from a customer service course or something similar to improve on how the treat their customers. If the branch manager Kevin wishes to discuss this further he has my details. It was briefly mentioned in a call but it seemed to fall on deaf ears.
