I would like to express my sincere thanks to Caitlyn Lettings Manager from Caerphilly branch. I have been dealing with many different letting agents for many years but from the outset Caitlyn was extremely professional, enthusiastic and informative. Her communication is excellent and she has been extremely helpful and proactive to help me let my property after a recent poor experience with both a former tenant and agent. She tailored the experience to ensure I was happy with the whole process from start to finish. She has restored my faith in the letting agent experience and has promised me to be the point of contact going forward after helping me to let my property which was quick. I cannot praise both Caitlyn and Tom at Caerphilly any higher other than they are great and a pleasure to interact with. Extremely Unprofessional - Do Not Recommend Peter Alan Agency My experience with Peter Alan Agency has been nothing short of a nightmare. The level of unprofessionalism and delays throughout the entire process was staggering. I attempted to buy a house through them, and despite dealing with them for over two years, the transaction was never completed successfully. To make matters worse, even after the deal fell through, we are still waiting for our money, two years after the fact! Their communication has been terrible, leaving us in the dark for most of the process. I would never recommend this agency to anyone looking for a smooth and professional experience. Stay away unless you want to deal with endless frustration and stress.

My neighbour is selling her house with Peter Alan and as I’m looking to sell mine I contacted Peter Alan on the website. When they called I was driving which you could clearly hear. I asked if they could drop me an email so I could contact back with dates for a valuation. This is when the man I was speaking to got pushy and rude. Asking when will you contact, what days can you do, again I said I’m driving I can’t check my work calendar until I stop, again rudely the man started saying well we get booked up quick so when, again had to say I’m driving drop me an email and I will book in, I will sort when not driving but again pushing for appointment and very rudely said but we get booked up, in the end had to end the call as wasn’t listening and the attitude was ridiculous. Have no interest in dealing with them now.

Terrible experience selling my house. The person with whom I dealt had very poor people skills in my opinion - needs to understand the concept of a two-way conversation. The selling process was very stressful, and not helped by staff at the agency. Did also did not do a great job of vetting the purchaser. I would not use this agency again to sell a property. Also did not like staff who seem to have poor numerical ability trying to push mortgage advice at me.
