During the viewing Gareth politely got out of the way after showing me around so that I had time to view again with no distractions. A really nice company and people to deal with.

Darlows have provided me with excellent Customer Service recently, when the charming Nicole (who completed all the letting paperwork for me in an alarmingly efficient manner!) brought the first prospective tenants to view on saturday; within 45 minutes they had agreed to take the place on a 12 month term - what could be better?Seriously impressed with the whole team, and my grateful thanks to them for all their efforts behind the scene.

Where do I start except… AVOID.!They were nothing but unhelpful when purchasing through them, advertised a property dimensions incorrect!Rhys, Adam & Matthew are completely incompetent.Won’t go in to it but most definitely wouldn’t sell or buy a property through Darlows Rumney or Darlows in General!We are currently in talks with our solicitors due to their awful service!

GoogleDarlows was the ONLY estate agent that bothered to ring back after an initial contact, and although the property we enquired about had already gone, they gave us other property options. We are now going to rent a property through them in Six Bells, after 8 and a half months of looking for a property. I Can't praise them enough.
