It was Olivia the office manager who influenced our decision to instruct Darlows Caerphilly. A very professional and informative lady with a firm grasp of the local market. The photos that she took of our property were first class and proved to be an excellent marketing tool. We were then introduced to Gareth Lewis, a consumate professional who has negotiated on our behalf and guided us through the sales process. His handling of affairs to date has left us both very reassured and we have every confidence in Gareths ability so see the sale through to a swift completion. The process of buying our first home has been a long but good experience with Claire and the rest of the amazing staff at Darlows Caerphilly. Overall the service was very good Claire always called with updates and chased both solicitors for us. We had a problem with our previous solicitors contacting us after months of telling them we had decided to go with another firm but don't think this was Down to Darlows communication. Overall really good exeriance would recomend the a Darlows team just hope the process wasn't so long

Had a great experience with the team in Caerphilly from my initial discussion with Livvy (Olivia) which resulted me in selecting Darrows as our agent for selling the house, through to the support from each team member including Claire and Gareth. We couldn’t have asked for more. After arranging an open house, after 1 day we had multiple offers to select from. The team was incredibly supportive and responsive throughout the process in dealing with the solicitors and buyers. Even though we did not sell at the end due to personal reasons I would use Darlows again and would highly recommend the team in Caerphilly to anyone.

The team at Darlows have been outstanding in every respect of selling my property. They are punctual, polite, efficient and give honest feedback as soon as they have received it. All staff gave a fantastic service with Gareth providing the majority of viewings and overseeing the final negotiations. Before Darlows I tried two other estate agents local to the Caerphilly area, I'm pleased to say that Darlows are better than the other two put together and only wish I had gone with them in the first place. I have been 100% satisfied with their service so far and cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want a hassle free, professional sale use Darlows.

I recently sold my property through a more reputable agent. Since my house has been on the market and sold I have been bombarded with unwanted phone calls from Darlows. I’ve asked on three of these occasions to remove me from their call list and have been told they would do this, yet I continue to get calls. I’ve asked how they obtained my mobile phone number and was told I must have supplied it on their website. I’ve never been on their website. I have reported the GDPR breaches. I would not recommend this business as they clearly throw personal information around and can’t perform simple tasks. Very poor.

I had very friendly, informative and honest experience from Natalie while viewing a property. She had great knowledge and gave genuine advice, which, considering it was only her second week on the job, means that she deserves all the praise and encouragement from her management, I'm sure she'll be a strong asset to the team! I'm also really grateful for the plain, unpatronising advice that Sarah-Jane, the Mortgage and Protection Advisor gave me; being a prospective first time buyer she really helped clear some things up for me! When circumstances allow I hope that Darlows will be selling our dream home! We have found Darlows to be efficient and extremely helpful right from the initial visit. We have had good lettings advice and they have kept up communication between us and the tenant. We found Sam McAllister to be so polite and friendly when we had a query the other day, he promptly phoned and asked how everything was going. I called what I believed was an independent mortgage advisor and got through to Darlow’s. After cancelling the appointment and going to someone else, I let Darlow’s know multiple times that I would no longer need them. I have since received calls and voicemails repeatedly from Darlow’s, calling about “my property” (I am not selling!). I have asked them to remove my details to no avail and continue to receive the nuisance calls… I would now never even consider using Darlow’s!
