GoogleNever had an issue getting booked in for viewings with Gareth and he’s always been responsive. He’s also been great at local information which is helpful when deciding on an area to live in wales which with some agents, they can’t even tell me about a bus route or much about the area! It’s refreshing. To date I’ve found Gareth very professional and helpful.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

They are unable to do a simple house viewing..... After the viewing appointment was confirmed twice they didn't show up at the house when we called them we were told the agent is on his way to the house ..... Guess what after half an hour still nothing 😂 after two phone calls turned out the first agent was lieing because no one was coming.... I guess it is a LITTLE BIT unprofessional.... Thanks for nothing.Keep up the good work 😉
Dear Akos, We are sorry to hear this and this is not the service we strive to achieve! Please can you email details of which branch you are viewing with to help@darlows.co.uk and we can look into this further?Regards, Hannah

TrustpilotVery unprofessional
We were interested in purchasing a house through the Rumney branch. However, during the initial viewing, the individual showing us the property came across as condescending and lacked knowledge about the property. Despite making an offer, we experienced weeks of being misled with little to no communication. We were passed from agent to agent, only to be informed in the end that they had chosen another buyer who supposedly was "better suited", despite their offer being lower than ours. We are hardworking, earnest individuals with excellent credit scores and are not part of a chain. I think they have been very unprofessional and potentially even biast. Disgraceful!!!

GoogleMr Geraint Davies of Pontypridd office. We would like to take this opportunity of thanking you in your role of promoting our property for sale. You have given your time, experience, patience and total understanding for the situation which has brought this sale about. You have given sound advice as how best to proceed, which has allowed us to have the property open to all avenues of advertising etc. for a forthcoming sale. You are always available to discuss any matters which we need to have explained, or to confirm that all is well, as matters proceed at different stages of sale. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to work on behalf of prospective vendors or purchasers. You are also very passionate about your role as a property consultant, which can be a rare thing these days. Many thanks, Sue John.
Dear Susan John, Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are delighted you are pleased with the service you received whilst selling your property. We hope to see you soon!

GoogleAlthough we didnt find our dream home with Darlows, they were so close. What made the experience even better was our agent Claire Lea at the Caerphilly branch. She listened to our needs, was completely genuine and most importantly honest. We had a terrible time with a different estate agent previously so I was gutted that we couldnt ring her and tell her we loved her property the most. It was soooooo close!!!! I will go directly to Claire in future. Trust me, pick Darlows, you wont regret it. They are not pushy and they dont mess you about. Totally professional.
