FacebookWe recently used Oliver and his team for the sale of our house. From start to finish the whole team offered us a great service, always being at the end of the phone to answer any questions, they kept me informed on where the process was up to and chased solicitors when needed and and to top it off over the asking price was achieved. I think the idea of getting local postman Dave on board as part of the team was a great idea, his local knowledge was beneficial when doing our home viewings and his overall manor was excellent. Thanks to the whole team (Oliver, Sally, Ella & Dave) for making our experience a good one.

FacebookWe have just completed the sale of our home today. We cannot recommend Oliver James Estates highly enough for the way we have been treated during the whole process. Our house sold within 48 hours and the whole team have been extremely professional and helpful. FacebookI saw a house i wanted up with oliver james mine was not even on the market , i viewed house and said to oliver i wanted it , next day he came to have a chat i agreed for oliver to sell my house it was easter weekend he came at 3.00 took pictures it was on right move at 5 excellent service 😘 then only had a couple of viewings sold for asking price within a few days xxx oliver and his team sally and ella are very professional always there to help x i would highly recommend oliver james , also i like how much he is involved in our community you are doing a fantastic job and i am glad to see your business expand , a great big well done from me 😘😜

GoogleStarted my journey of selling my house through an "established" local agent, that gave false promises and didnt push the house at all. After telling me the value and the house not getting any interest was pursuaded to reduce my asking price. 4 Months later still not sold. I met Oliver James and decided to give him a chance, especially as id fallen in love with a house he had recently put on the Market. He made a bold statement that he would sell my house in 2 weeks, which having been with the last agent for nearly 10 months seemed too good to be true. Less than 2 weeks later the team found a buyer. Oliver and the team and been a pleasure to deal with throughout the transaction and I would thoroughly recommend anyone in Irlam and Cadishead to give them a shot, they will not disappoint. I appreciated the honesty and hard work, something that was evident straight away without having to wait 10 months. All the best to the team, you are a credit to the Irlam and Cadishead area.

GoogleI put my house up for Sale in Irlam, which I had lived in for 23 years. I found the service from Oliver James very efficient from the start, the pictures they took were great and the description added to them perfectly, I was happy that this created lots of viewings and it sold straight away. Ella from Oliver James always kept in touch with any queries, how it was progressing, it was an emotional journey selling my house, but she was by my side all the way. What made me go to OIiver James was that they were a little bit different to the other estate agents in the area, I noticed over the years the For Sale boards were in keeping with time of year ie Easter or Christmas. When they initially came to see me I got a welcome pack, it just put a different edge on it for me and I felt safe with them. Thank you Oliver James Estate Agents.
