Promises were made but not followed through, which caused delays and frustration. The process felt disorganized, and I often had to chase them for basic information. We were on the search for our new home as first time buyers when we noticed a few properties on the Oliver James website that caught our eye. When we first made contact with the office we were lucky to speak to Ella, and from that very first conversation right the way through to completion day Ella was nothing short of excellent. Her communication, friendliness and knowledge was second to none. She accommodated us at every request, absolutely nothing was an issue. Ella was always at hand for any questions we had or any viewings we wanted to make. Her professionalism made the whole process a breeze from the very beginning. An absolute credit to herself and the people at Oliver James. We can’t thank Ella and everyone at Oliver James enough for all their hard work throughout our buying process. This estate agent in my opinion is the best by far in the local area! The professionalism out-ways any of my past experiences moving ! Oliver was swift to get my house on the market! As first time buyers that had already had a previous house fall through with a different agent, we were nervous to say the least but Ella and Madison provided a very smooth sailing beginning process! Everyone at Oliver James has been brilliant throughout the sale of my property. They were proactive and kept me in the loop at all stages - even sending insightful videos of the metrics related to my property and the extra marketing they did to get it seen. Unlike a lot of agents these days, they didn't just stick it on Rightmove and hope for the best! They actively marketed my property and did their best to get it out there. Ella was fantastic the whole way through and made a typically stressful situation that bit less stressful. Very proactive in their efforts to sell my property, good communication throughout and the presentation of photos, video and description of the property was excellent and resulted in many potential buyers viewing the property. All the staff are approachable, friendly and professional. Would use them again and highly recommend. We initially used another Estate agent as the property is in Warrington but our experience with them was awful, we had only a handful of viewers and feedback was always negative and offers not reflective of the value of the property, we had to call the agent all the time to chase for information or feedback and that was when we decided to go back to Oliver James (we had sold another property with them in Irlam a year ago and were delighted with their service then too). Once Oliver James were on board we started getting more viewings and a lot of positive feedback. Communication from Ella and Madison was excellent and the house was Sold within a month and the sale completed in four months. Highly recommended.

I spoken to Ella occasionally who was very polite and helpful but dealt with Sally more who was equally as professional and played an integral part of us completing within just 8/9 weeks.
