GoogleAfter speaking to all the three local agents over a 8 month period, i found one very difficult to get in touch with (CW) and the other agent a lady at their office often chose to bad mouth the other estate agents in the area to get me to use her which i found extremley off putting and unprofessional (IE), since this i payed constant attention to all 3 agents as i knew i would be selling as well as buying in the coming months. It became clear that Oliver James was a step ahead of the rest and i quickly noted that new ideas that Oliver came up with were often copied by IE, as someone who has obsessive-compulsive disorder this pattern was clear to see. I contacted OJ as a potential buyer first and they were super helpful and as a seller this has to be the number one goal, that your agent is approachable and easy to deal with. Every contact has been 5 star, to be honest its more like 6 or 7 star but thats not possible on this platform. Highly recommend OJ to any would be sellers and also as a buyer home buying can be very daunting but not with the guidance of Oliver James.

GoogleAbsolute delight to sell our house with. Oliver, Ella and all the team at Oliver James were great with communicating with us where the process was up to. Nothing was too big an issue and they were always happy to help. The pictures and videos they took for the sale were great and really helped us secure a buyer. If I was to sell my next house they’d be the only estate agents I’d think of to instruct. Absolutely brilliant!!

GoogleOliver James sold my parents house within two weeks, with lots of showings. Unfortunately, my parents experienced quite a few legal hold ups along the way (one of the downsides of being in a chain!) and their move was delayed by an extra 2-3 months, but Ella did all that she could to help. We really appreciate her help, especially chasing solicitors for updates. I would recommend shopping around for the best solicitor as it can make a huge difference. Thanks!

GoogleExcellent professional service provided by Oliver and his team. I had a house to sell earlier this year and chose Oliver James to provide a valuation. Oliver arrived spot on time for the appointment, gave me all the details/information, answered my questions and by the end of the day had listed the house on his website, ect. Within a week there had been 11 viewings and a firm offer. Followed by plenty of information to keep me updated on progress, with Ella chasing up the solicitors when there were any delays. Many thanks to all the team.

GoogleUsed Oliver James to sell my late mothers home. As you can imagine it's a stressful time for families, Oliver James came round and sorted out everything. Photos, video,and advertising all very professional. Within the 1st week we'd had about 6 viewings booked and the house was sold. We were kept informed about everything throughout the process, and cannot praise them highly enough. Would not hesitate to use or recommend Oliver James again in the future.

GoogleWhat a fantastic experience dealing with Oliver and his team turned out to be!! We had seen two other agents and Oliver was the last - TBH we had already decided that Agent 2 was the one we were going with, but we had such a good feeling about Oliver and his modern approach to selling that we changed our minds. Oliver said he had a "hot buyer" (which we though might have been a sales ploy) who would like to visit our property on the same day before it was put on the market. With nothing to lose, we agreed a reduced price contract for this buyer only, and they viewed 3 hours later. Within a further hour we had an offer at our asking price!! Wow!!! Dealing with Oliver and his team after the offer proved to be very smooth. Can't recommend them highly enough - very professional, friendly and efficient!
