GoogleDon't phone back, say they haven't received any messages. Staff are very rude. If you have any kind of problem they just hang up on you and don't deal with it. Great when they first started now too big and just don't care as they get the business

I am sure that you can appreciate that during a pandemic, response times may be longer than our usual target, but I can assure you that we will respond to every query we get. I have searched through and cannot trace receiving any communication from you apart from a property viewing you had with us over 6 months ago at which point no negative feedback was given. I would disagree that we have lost our personal touch as we have grown - I firmly believe that we treat every customer with respect, and we often go above and beyond to help where we can (the vast majority of our reviews are positive and come from buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants). Unfortunately, we do sometimes have to disappoint people by saying “No” - we are not rude, but sometimes we have to be assertive when acting in the best interests of our clients which can cause an angry and frustrated backlash on social media. I am proud of the business we have successfully built up over the years and I genuinely feel customer service remains at the forefront for us. This would be supported by the numerous awards we have won for the way we treat our customers, the most recent being a REGIONAL SILVER AWARD from the British Property Awards for delivering excellent customer service. GoogleHighly recommended!! I had previously rented out my property without using an agent, but this time around I wanted to hand over all the day to day responsibilities. Kristian & his whole team were very helpful, professional and made the while process very straight forward. Kristian even came out when the property had been vacated by previous tenants & gave me pointers on what to do to make improvements & bring the property up to date, without breaking the bank. Within 3 weeks of the property being advertised new tenants had moved in and everything was taken care of. Full itemised breakdown of all costs & regular updates via email or telephone have been received each & every step of the way.

GoogleWas recommended to instruct Kristian Allan to sell my house for me even though my house is Salford and not Bury. Well I wasn’t disappointed Paul from there sales team came out the next day after I made my first enquires gave me lots of advice took the photos and other details of my property and the following day it was up for sale on all the major sites. The for sale sign went up on that day too. Just over a week later and having had 10 viewings in a week my house has been sold for the price I wanted. Many thanks to the sales team that have been involved in the sale Paul Sophie and Lisa. Very professional staff and service, what more could I ask for securing me a sale in just over one week. I would highly recommend. Now my sale has completed I can’t of wished for any better service. SOPHIE has dealt with my sale and she has been brilliant throughout chased everyone up and been on the case for me from start to finish, can’t speak highly enough of her true professionalism. YellExcellent Service From Start To Finish
I contacted Kristian for a free valuation on my property as i wanted to rent it out. I was happy with his valuation so he arranged for photographs to be taken later the same day! By that night the property was on Rightmove and Kristian had found me tenants by the end of the week.I have had no issues with the tenants which is a far cry from when I managed my own properties. I think this is down to their strict referencing as they even go out to vet a prospective tenant in their own home to check it is being looked after well.The whole team is approachable, friendly and knowledgeable and I cannot recommend them all enough!

GoogleRented from the above company and all was good. When we left, i forgot to clean the oven and i was charged £230.00. If you don't care about your deposit then go for it and good luck.

Good morning Attia, The £230 that you refer to was for a full house clean as the property was unfortunately left in a poor state of cleanliness at the end of your tenancy. We have previously provided you with a breakdown showing the oven clean was charged at £45 and the rest was to clean the property to bring it back to the condition it was when you moved in. You were given the option to dispute the amount at the time (over 7 months ago) with either our agency or through the Deposit Protection Scheme but you declined and accepted the cost in full. We provided you with guidelines when you handed in your notice to help you claim your deposit back in full. Included in the handout was a list of costs chargeable should work be needed after your keys were handed back. Single oven cleans are clearly shown at £45 which is an industry average. I am sorry that you feel you have been charged unfairly but I feel the costs were fully justified. Kind Regards, Kristian
