Really disappointing.....from the outset there were warnings .....they put the for sale sign on next doors property and had to be asked to remove it....twice the agent s turned up late ...one apologising infront of the viewers "sorry I'm late its a nightmare to park" . They gave me feedback for someone else's house and also feedback from a viewing which they said didn't take place .(it did I did the viewing myself) We had numerous no shows the final one being from the agent . Having brought this to the attention of the agency they did little to address my concerns .Very sloppy communication and attention to detail. Really disappointing having sold a previous property with them .

I use Kristian Allan to find tenants and manage my property. Lisa in the lettings team is absolutely brilliant at finding tenants. My property is never empty for long periods. Siobhan and the property management team provide a first class service. They are quick to sort out any issues with my property and always search for the best price for any repairs. From start to finish I have received an above and beyond service. The cost is very reasonable. The terms and conditions are very reasonable. Every single member of staff that I have spoken to has been exceptionally helpful and friendly. Paul originally attended to talk through the service with us and out of the 5 other companies that I had value the property, he was the only one that took the time to sit down and properly talk things through with us.
