After 11 long months trying to sell our home and going through three different estate agents, we were starting to lose hope. From the moment Kristian Allen stepped in, we felt reassured that things would finally move in the right direction and they absolutely did. Their service was exceptional from start to finish. They secured a sale almost immediately and didn’t stop there. They went above and beyond, constantly chasing the chain and, at times, it genuinely felt like they were doing everyone else’s job just to keep things progressing. A huge thank you to Sophie, who was incredible throughout. She was supportive, proactive, and relentless when it came to dealing with the chain and solicitors. Her dedication made a stressful process so much easier to manage. And the fact she even looked after our dog while carrying out a viewing on our behalf just sums up the level of care and commitment we experienced. We couldn’t recommend Kristian Allen and the team highly enough truly outstanding service.

Kristian Allan is one of the best letting agencies that has managed a property I’ve lived in. I rented through them for 12 months and had a great experience throughout. The team always responded quickly to emails and dealt with any repairs promptly, which made living in the property very easy and stress-free. Siobhan was the staff member I worked with during my tenancy, and she was excellent. Thank you, Siobhan, for all your prompt responses and for always being professional and helpful. If there had been another suitable property available with Kristian Allan when I was looking to move after I received the section 21 notice, I would have happily stayed. We recently purchased our new house through Kristian Allen estate agents. From our initial viewing with Matthew the service received was honest, open and informative. From there on our main contact was with Sophie and communication was exemplary. We received regular updates via email and phone, all messages were returned and the service was incredibly helpful. We can directly compare this to the estate agent we were selling our property through who failed to return messages and keep us updated. Instead Sophie was able to provide updates where all parties in the chain were up to and be the conduit to the solicitors. Her polite and professional manner made the process far less stressful than it could have been. Right up to the day we received our keys we received a delightful greeting and welcome pack which was a really personal touch. I would highly recommend Kristian Allen estate agent for both a personal and professional service.

The service Kristian Allan provided was exceptional. This is all down to Sophie Marshall, Sales Manager who was basically impeccable ! Polite, courteous, prompt and most importantly, perfect communication. Our sale was particularly frustrating due to the poor communication of both our solicitors and the buyers legal services l. Sophie more than made up for this, keeping pressure on both solicitors and also managing the expectations of the Buyers. We have recently moved house after a year on sale and I must say its all thanks to the amazing Laila at Kristian Allan! After putting our house up in May with another estate agent we soon realised that they were not doing what should have been done and decided to move to Kristian Allan after viewing one of their properties. Tom and Matthew, who I originally dealt with were always honest and attentive, making my decision to switch agents, easy! Laila was our selling agent and she was incredible throughout the process and even more so the final month. If it wasn't for her we wouldn't have had a clue with the solicitors and she was always calling round for answers for us. I can't thank the team at Kristian Allen highly enough in the way in which they dealt with our property sale. From the outset, they were professional and transparent, providing frequent update without having to be chased. The appointment platform is a really efficient way to keep sellers up-to-date with viewings and feedback. When an offer was accepted, the team, particularly Sophie who managed our account, were with us and supportive every step of the way, keeping us up-to-date of progress.
