The team remained friendly & professional throughout the process of selling my house. I received weekly updates (even daily when things got tricky) without having to ask and feel a burden.
A step ahead of the competition when it comes to being shown around properties too. After finding what we thought was our forever home, unfortunately the seller pulled out (through no fault of Kristian Allan), even through those difficult conversations, I could no praise them more.

The staff all have really good knowledge of the local property market, meaning that the house was priced appropriately and a buyer was found within a week. It is disappointing that you have left such a negative review which can have a massive impact on small businesses like ours, both from a business perspective and also personally on staff morale - especially as your review does not paint a fully accurate picture.
I do not understand why your review states “No Reply” from us. We were in communication with you daily - I can see 5 separate emails have been sent to you plus various voicemails were left on your mobile number since your initial enquiry.
When you left this review at 3.38am on the Sunday morning, I emailed you with a very detailed explanation before 9am on the Monday morning.
I explained that when we are asked to market properties that are still occupied, we have to work around the tenant’s schedule for access. We have far more flexibility when a property is empty, but this was not the case on the Central Street apartment that you were interested in.
I can assure you that we do our best to accommodate everyone who would like to view a property where we can. Your review also suggests that we discriminate against non-working tenants however I can assure you that is also not the case.
I hope that you have been able to secure a new home since the point of leaving this review however if this is not the case, please let us know if there are any other properties you are interested in, and we will do all we can to help you.
