we hired blacks 2 years ago to sell our restaurant and to say the service has been awful is an understatement, the only people that have been sent have been unqualified time wasters with no money, and they only turned up when we called to say where are the customers you said you had waiting. we were told they had a list off people wanting restaurants in our area, buyers from London, and nothing, they never kept in touch to offer advice or recommend price drops, we did all the calling, the chasing. they are usless and we paid them 1250.00!! i cant believe its the same company when i read all the 5 star ratings ? why did we not get the same service?? my advice is steer clear

GoogleAlthough Blacks were more expensive with their fees it was well worth every penny. I would never have found my buyers via other brokers and Amy Paige was a constant support throughout the process. I never felt under any pressure and would highly recommend
