We advised on several occasions that a valid non-domestic EPC was required in order for the business to be marketed in compliance with the legal requirements relating to commercial property, and that this needed to be put in place within the required timeframe rather than after a sale had been agreed. We also believe that prospective buyers should be given clear information at the outset so that any interest is genuine and properly informed, rather than based on incomplete details that may not lead to a transaction once the full information is known. While we appreciate your frustration, we do not accept that characterisation of our business or service. We remain willing to discuss the matter directly and professionally should you wish to do so.
