Outstanding agents! I would not use anyone else. Oakheart have been nothing but superb as letting agents for both tenants and landlord. Billy and the rest of the team have bent over backwards to assist us with letting our property and dealing with tenants problems quickly and efficiently. We opted to use Oakheart following a local promotion in Prettygate, however the way our property was presented and electronically dressed/furnished for sale by their team way surpassed our expectations. Every member of their staff were professional and courteous throughout showing due diligence to find the best buyer amongst 35 viewings and at least 10 offers for the property. A special mention for Annalise who held the sale together when increased mortgage rates wobbled the process a little. The big question is, would I use Oakheart again- absolutely and without hesitation.
