TrustpilotEverything I could want from an estate agent
I had the pleasure of dealing with Richard Baker. I requested a viewing for a flat I liked the look of, he showed me that flat as well as another much nicer flat that had just become available that I ended up going with. Oak heart was easy to deal with and kept me informed all the way along, I have worked with many different estate agent personally and professionally over the past 10 years and would be happy to recommend Oakheart as one of the best experiences I’ve had.

I was by no means relishing the prospect of undergoing the process of selling my home but with the Oakheart Property team working for me, I couldn't have hoped for a better estate agent. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, provided excellent customer service and were easy to contact at all times. Of particular note were both Craig, who worked hard on my behalf and successfully negotiated with the buyers, and Annalise, who progressed the sale thereafter, efficiently and regularly checking up on every process stage and informing me of each step. I never felt 'out of the loop' with this team and was really pleased I had chosen them.

Lucy and Annalise have gone absolutely above and beyond to help progress our purchase. They kept us regularly updated throughout, helped with any concerns we had and when things got stressful at the point of exchange - they were absolutely amazing at speaking to everyone and trying to push it through. Plus, they are both absolutely lovely and so nice to speak to!! Thank you both so much - everyone buying a house needs a Lucy or Annalise!

Very professional during initial period of sale with nice brochures, however it goes down hill from there. They have alot of timewasters on their buyers list that they clearly don't vet.Craig uses high pressure sale techniques to try and get the sale through at the detriment of the seller. The sale progression team have a complete lack of knowledge around new build estate issues, i.e property maintenance companies and the need to get the deed of variation changed to satisfy mortgage providers. They made us feel that they were working on behalf of the buyer, rather than us even though they squeezed nearly 5k out of us.Perhaps all estate agents are the same but I certainly will not use this firm again.

I was quite nervous about selling my property for the first time however Oakheart made it such a seamless process for me and were so professional throughout. My sales progressor, Annalise in particular was fantastic and kept me updated along the way. Also being able to track the status of the sale on the Oakheart website made it really easy for me to keep and eye on the progress while I was abroad - very handy! Thanks again to all the team!

After a disappointing experience with a previous local estate agent, I can not speak more highly of the service we received from Oakheart. We were buying our first home and every step of the way the whole team were helpful, polite and efficient and any question or request however large or small was dealt with promptly. Annalise called regularly to update us on the progress of the sale and the team arranged multiple viewings for us to see the property. Thank you to the Oakheart team for all their help, I would be sure to recommend them to anyone in the future.

I contacted Oakheart early in the process of renovating a house to ask for their advice on likely rental income. Richard came round to view the property and from the first moment onwards has been incredibly professional and helpful with guidance on what modernisation would work best from a rental tenant's perspective while remaining pragmatic about the work required to achieve this. Oakheart's team have recommended reliable and reasonably priced contractors on several occasions, answered specific queries about internal fittings required and, at the end of all of this, found tenants so quickly that the property didn't even need to be advertised. Five star service, way beyond what I could ever have anticipated - thank you to the whole Oakheart team for making this process as smooth as it could possibly be.

We completed on our house sale on Friday and Oakheart have made this journey effortless.I have brought and sold multiple properties over the years and never have I received a service like I have from Oakheart. Our journey started by speaking to Josh from Oakheart who was extremely professional, polite and not pushy like many estates agents I’ve dealt with in the past. He got the ball rolling and put me in touch with Darren. Darren came to value our property and straight away we could tell he was a wealth of knowledge, with a highly professional and friendly approach. A few days later a photographer arrived at our property who had an incredible eye for detail and took the best photos of the house I have ever seen. The house was on the market very soon after, and after speaking to Darren he seemed confident Oakheart would sell the property quickly. He kept to his word and it was sold in 24 hours. From then on, I was liaising with Annalise who was in charge of my sales progression. Her communication and professionalism is second to none and I cannot speak highly enough of her and her client care. From start to finish Oakheart have continuously and faultlessly made this sales process completely stress free. I would highly recommend using Oakheart, as they are a game changer in the estate agency world.

It’s been a bumpy year in the sale of my flat, after engaging another agent who failed to get people through the door and uncertainty over our budget. Oakheart came through with great service for viewings and sold my place not once, not twice, but three times after buyers’ circumstances changed. Considerable stress took its toll, as we’d lost an onward purchase when a buyer pulled out on the day of exchange, but when the file was taken over by Sammy she was not letting it go until the outcome was secure. My onward purchase (a new build) was precariously hanging in the balance but the office became very grateful for her updates and dedication, and eventually this led to us exchanging today so that my dream home is now secure and my buyers can move in next week. A very stressful time, but I’m glad I had Oakheart representing me.

I will say I felt a little bit pressured to accept the first offer but I did stand my ground and Oakheart got me asking price within a week (two rounds of viewings). Sammy in particular did a wonderful job of progressing the sale which was very complicated and stressful as was shared ownership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills which in my opinion is key. I would definitely and already have recommended Oakheart to friends, they've been worth every penny.Thank you Oakheart
