FacebookStill waiting for an urgent repair I reported on the 6th October for a leaking roof. Complained to Branch manager as per your complaints procedure on the 19th October - who never responds and passed the complaint onto Laura. She blamed the delay on the landlord and said they now had permission to get a quote for the repair. It was then another month!!! before a contractor came to look at the roof - he took one look and said it was an urgent fix as the leak is close to the electrics - that was 3 weeks ago and nothing has happened since. It is now the 4th December and water is coming through my roof as I type this. Nobody answers the reporting line. In the last year alone you have taken 6 weeks to replace a broken oven, and left me with no hot water for over a month. In every instance I have had to continually chase and write complaints to get urgent repairs fixed as I receive absolutely no response otherwise. So, unless you want angry tenants, and want to pay for a letting agent who will do absolutely nothing but collect your rent then no I wouldn’t recommend Haart. Without doubt the worst letting agent I have dealt with in 20 years of renting. Please provide me with the email address of your Head of Lettings as per the next step in your complaints process.

GoogleCan not thank joseph bunce enough for how helpfully he has been throughout the whole process. If it wasnt for him myself and my partner wouldnt have even gone to look at the house we have brought!! Its safe to say he really does go the extra mile for his clients.

GoogleI was late on day I was scheduled to view the flat I am renting now.So I thought the negotiator may have gone when I arrived.But I was wrong, he was there waiting and gladly shook my hand and checked me if iwas okay because I was running. He toured me to the place and answered my questions cheerfully. Thank you so much to Haart, most especially to Matthew Stevens, the senior negotiator assigned to us.We are so happy to be assisted by him.He was so accommodating and helpful. Bless his kind heart and more power to the company! The application process was made easy in just a span of weeks we already got the key to the flat.

GoogleAfter a lot of decision making at this current time I have decided not to purchase the couple of properties in question, however after I have settled down in the future I will definitely be using Mr. Bunce again, the professionalism and customer care shown was second to none.

GoogleThey where supportive since the day we asked about one of their houses. No question was too much trouble and they where always available. Even though the house that we got it wasn't from haart they still ensure that we where ok. I would must definitely recommend them!
