GoogleWhen I was looking to purchase a property Beth at haart was very helpful, not knowing the area well at all she helped us to identify suitable properties within our budget - whilst we ended up purchasing in a different area I would definitely recommend Haart for anyone looking to buy a property in Bury!

GoogleSmoothest move I've ever experienced, Matthew was amazing throughout. Answered all of my questions and emails almost immediately. Extremely happy with my experience so far. Also the only agent to take the holding fee off the moving in monies!

FacebookAbsolutely appalled by your service! My Dad rang yesterday to arrange to view a house that had just gone on the market. He was hoping to view it that day. The agent told him they would get back in touch. Agent only just called him back only to be told the house is no longer available for veiwings! Awful.

GoogleWe are very early in the proceedings at the moment but dealt with Haart specifically with Gaje. He was was extremely friendly and helpful throughout. If not available he called me back within minutes, definitely knows what he is talking about and everything was done quickly and super efficient ty Gaje!

GoogleWe were given the speil about everything that we would get from Haart, but unfortunately they did not deliver. They did not market our house in they way they said they would until we chased. They did not carry out any of the viewings on the house, they were all done by us. (Nor did they even take a key) They were very quick to drop the price. The clauses of the contract were not clearly explained. On the whole they did not earn their fee. We cannot fault Beth though, she was always very helpful and responsive.
