Bury St Edmunds Haart were a fantastic estate agents to sell through. I was particularly impressed with Matthew Taylor, his demeanour and attitude towards the sale of my property was exceptionally positive and highly reassuring. Not only was his valuation exceptionally accurate, but I also felt assured by Matthew that the process he wanted to use to sell the property was likely to be most successful. Needless to say with Matthew and everyone else in the Haart's team support the property sold on the day of our Open House and I was able to exchange within 11 weeks of my initial contact with Haart.

What can I say. The team at the Haart office in Bury St Edmunds are wonderful. Although our house took at little while to sell they never gave up chasing up on every enquiry and worked so hard at all times. A very professional team - i cannot pick out one member of the team as they are all amazing and I've got to know them well over the months. We have now exchanged and I will miss my weekly chats with them! For anyone considering an agent in and around Bury please get the team from Haart in - you won't be disappointed and will feel at every stage that they are working as hard as they can to keep the process moving - good work team and thank you so much :-)

I have bought and sold other property with Bury St Edmunds Haarts, and cannot praise them highly enough. I recently sold my current house with them . The house had been on the market for over three months with another agent, whose market I thought the house more suited to this house. I was wrong! I placed it with Hearts in Bury, and they sold it within three weeks. Mel heads up a brilliant team, with Justine. I cannot fault their enthusiasm, determination, professionalism, attention to detail, follow up. They are proactive in their marketing. Needing a quick sale earlier in the year, I reached out to a number of agencies in BSE looking for the best price and service offered. Needless to say we opted for haart, and were not disappointed. The end to end process; from our initial enquiry, receiving a suitable valuation, getting the photo's taken (with a little help from Mr Taylor moving furniture around - going above and beyond!), getting the house advertised and put on the market, a couple of viewings and an offer which we accepted; took less than a week, and we ended up exchanging and moving into our new home within 3 months of initial contact. Would certainly recommend to any friends and family who are looking for a quick sale, and achieving the right price on your home!

Very happy and impressed so far with Alex Bryant and colleagues from Bury St Edmunds branch of Haart Estate Agents. We are impossible customers, wanting a property in a small location area, with a low housing stock, however he remains positive and continues to work hard to find us what we want. Nothing seems too much trouble and he has the knack of making you think you are the only person in the world he has to deal with, whilst I know full well that branch is extremely busy. Alex also (rare in Estate Agents in my experience!) actually pays attention to what it is we are looking for. We have found Haarts very efficient in the sale of our property from Justine who came out to do the valuation, provide us with all the information that we needed and she also took the photos and did the video.
