Professional, positive and friendly at all times, and always on hand to answer any questions or concerns, haart guided us through an aborted purchase before helping us secure our 'dream' move. Bethany, Gaje, Harriet and Melanie (to name but a few) were always a delight to speak to on the phone or face to face, and Justine gave herself a target of four weeks to find a buyer for our house and managed it in just one, which says everything about her skill, determination and ambition. We all know the reputation of estate agents! Well what can I say...... I am genuinely and very pleasantly surprised by my experiences with Haart. My Mother passed away and clearing and selling her home was incredibly hard and emotive, I was visited by Justine who was friendly, kind, understanding and supportive, whilst yet at the same time being incredibly professional and efficient. The day Mums house went on the market they had three viewings and sold it for above the asking price there and then! (WOW) Throughout the very brief sales process a really pleasant, cheerful and super efficient chap (Elliot) has kept me informed and up to date on progress. The whole painful process has genuinely been made easier (and even fun at some points) by this professional, efficient, friendly team, if I could give them a ten star rating I would. I used Haarts recommended solicitor, historically I dislike them more than estate agents!! :-) They were exactly one third of the cost of my preferred solicitor and again FANTASTIC. I chose Haart because a friend recommended them, I cannot recommend them highly enough, the complete process was simply amazing...THANK YOU ALL AT HAART

After deciding to put our property on the market and with a number of Haart sold signs in our area we were happy to put our house sale in the hands of our local branch. Following a visit from Justine and with her valuation which we were pleased to go with, and after pics/ video for the website a few days later we were on the market. I was very impressed from the start when I first met Matthew and then Justine from the Bury St Edmunds office of HAART, which is the reason I allowed them to deal with the sale. My overall experience was very positive as the property was not local to me and I had every confidence in their handling of the sale with their friendly and professional expertise.
