Thanks to the team at Haart for the buying & selling of our homes. Firstly Elliot Piper who looked after the purchase of what was to become our new home by keeping us up to date & taking through to the completion. Then when selling our old home we had Matt Taylor (congratulations on your new addition to your family) who valued our old property, Nadine Smith, who was assisted by Bethany Moret for the selling off our old home. They all kept us informed & assisted at every twist & turn until we finally got the house sold. What a great bunch of people who couldn’t do enough for us throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend Haart Estate Agents for doing a superb job.

When I decided to sell my house I spoke to a few different estate agents but after meeting with Matt at Haarts in Bury St Edmunds I felt confident that they would work the hardest to get the best price and a sale for me within a reasonable period of time. I had dealings with most of the team at house during the time of my sale and they were all so friendly, polite and helpful. Once a buyer was found I was regularly kept up to date with how things were progressing. If you are looking to sell a house I really can't recommend Haarts enough!

I asked for a valuation with no immediate intent to move. Haart were very quick and cooperative and an appointment was arranged within a few days. I was expecting simply a cursory glance plus some desk research but instead Justine visited, was very well informed, spent an hour at my property took the time to inspect and came prepared with cross references on an iPad to back up the evaluation and conclusion that she reached.
