The staff at ByChoice in Haverhill were wonderful. Matt, Keeleigh and Jordan dealt with our house sale and could not have been more helpful. Answering our questions, listening to our worries and generally helping in every way. Other staff there were also helpful if the three people mentioned above were not available. Our solicitors, were the most worry, little or no communication from their end and seemingly making the task of selling our house unnecessarily complicated.Hopefully we will not have to move again, but we would definitely choose ByChoice to help us. We are settled now, our thanks to you all for your help and kindness

Bychoice sold our property back in September 2020 and we would highly recommend them; the rate was competitive, they always showed up for viewings with plenty of time and throughout the selling process they kept us up-to-date with regular progress reports and were always quick to answer any of our queries whether by phone or email. We dealt specifically with Charlotte Bailey and she was fantastic. Professional, but also friendly, she made the whole process (which at times was complicated by our buyers solicitors) a lot less stressful! Thank you Charlotte.

A young dynamic team who really have their finger on the pulse. When selling our house the phone was always answered quickly by a real person and were kept informed. The house was well presented with excellent photographs and sold within the first few days at a potentially difficult time. We recently used ByChoice to sell our property and I would never go with another estate agent again. From start to finish they were all fantastic. Our file was manned at all times even if someone was on holiday or sick. We had regular updates which we appreciated at a very stressful time and we were always made to feel in the loop. ByChoice sold our house after one week of being on the market and were professional at all times. They trusted us to make the decisions we wanted to and we trusted them to do their side and they didn’t let us down. Moving house is extremely stressful but they gave us 100% and they are all worth their weight in gold. We were particularly impressed with Jordan who was our main point of contact, Matt who produced our photos and videos for the sale and Keeleigh who was always there to answer and questions and chase things up.
