The best estate agents in Haverhill

Firstly I would like to give a massive shout out to Maddie who without her , I think we would’ve pulled out many times. Maddie and the team at Bychoice had our best interest in mind at all times. Maddie kept us in the loop from day one and even when there wasn’t no updates she still emailed or called to say just that , it goes along way, we would 100% recommend Bychoice and even now having moved into our forever home we still have a good relationship with Maddie and the team.

Bychoice knew the local housing market extremely well & priced our house accordingly, which resulted in an early offer, quick & relatively smooth sale. I personally dealt with Ted & Olivia from the Sudbury office who both kept me updated at every stage that they were responsible for. Phone calls, emails & inquiries were answered promptly & professionally ensuring the whole process was kept on track. Friendly, professional and treat customers really well.

Bychoice Sudbury are fantastic, we bought and sold with them and the whole experience was really positive throughout. We chose Bychoice Sudbury initially as our in-laws recommended them as they had a really good experience a few years previously. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and always happy to talk us through the process. When we looked round houses they were respectful and just let us look for ourselves and answered any questions if we had them. When we were eventually selling/buying, our calls and texts were always answered quickly. Amelia was absolutely lovely, always very responsive and helpful, we felt like she had time for us and was on our side. I've dealt with a few different estate agents over the years and Bychoice are just on another level. We can't recommend them highly enough. You're in safe hands with Bychoice!

The Haverhill ByChoice team helped sell our house which completed in 2022. From the initial meeting with Matt to the ongoing support from from Keeleigh , the Team offered the best Estate Agent service I have ever experienced. Keeleigh went above and beyond her role to ensure our sale proceeded as planned, especially when ongoing queries became problematic, which was very much appreciated during a stressful time. Incredible service! We're so grateful to Keeleigh for her amazing customer service, she was there for us every step of the way. She was instrumental in finding the right property for us and provided helpful advice (and sometimes comfort!) throughout the whole process. Bychoice were an extremely helpful partner in our property purchase journey. There were particularly challenging aspects to our property which involved quite complex legal and financial detail - sometimes proving quite opaque - but both Olivia and Ted were not only very responsive and always quick to call back if not available, but also very proactive in helping us to reach resolution on outstanding issues. Bychoice were very quick at responding when valuing our property and then getting it on the market. The photos they took presented very well on Rightmove and didn’t take them very long to get it marketed. Charlotte was very good when selling our house and would update us weekly and always provided feedback on the viewings. They managed to sell our property in just over 3 weeks.
