GoogleDo not use this institution, the attitude of the staff is bad, as if they have not woken up, they have completely forgotten what they said in the first 2 days, and they will come to accuse you, and the complaint department will even kill you to intimidate you. Do not use it

GoogleMatt and Isobel were fantastic 1) High quality all around 2) Great level of communication between landlord, letting agency and renter. 3) I would 10/10 recommend especially for military at RAF Mildenhall/Lakenheath- Belvoir does all the legwork and gets all military needs sorted with and extreme amount of professionalism.

He’s already made me feel so much less stressed about our move and finding the exact right home for my family. He’s been incredibly fast to respond with very knowledgable answers to my plethora of hypothetical questions and has overall provided me with a wealth of information to feel like I’m ready for whatever comes our way.

GoogleIncredibly unprofessional. Did not turn up for viewings on 2 occasions. No one seems to know what each member in the office is doing. Not once had the courtesy to follow up on calls after they had promised. Pompous, supercilious and downright shabby, The viewer when he finally did arrive looked liked he would rather be playing his xbox . Stay well clear.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
