GoogleI had a great experience with Belvoir Bury St Edmunds when looking for a property to rent. Matthew Green, the sales and lettings negotiator, was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered all my queries and explain in detail all the steps of the process to rent with Belvoir, and what and how to expect of the property if moving in. I would recommended them if you're looking to rent in BSE.

GoogleProfessional, excellent communication, and friendly staff. Matt, Patsy, Daisy, and Helen worked overtime to help us with our unique situation. We ultimately went with a private landlord; but I still had to sing the praises of Belvoir Bury for their excellent work ethic. If you are on the hunt for a new home, start with them!

Isobel worked really hard for us behind the scenes on both projects and everyone we dealt with along the way including Jose and Collette were nothing but helpful and we are really happy with the tenants they have sourced for us. GoogleWe have been very impressed with the service we have received from Belvoir Lettings throughout the renting process so far. They have been open and attentive to our needs. Big shout out to Ellie, she has been brilliant from the beginning. Whether it was arranging same day viewings when we were living out of town, or her super efficient communication throughout, she has made our move a very comfortable one. Thank you Ellie :) Also, when we moved in there were a few things that needed sorting with the property and Belvoir were extremely responsive to this, organising contractors to come round the next day, even following up to make sure everything was sorted. GoogleSo it's just over a year ago that I first walked into the offices of Belvoir, having only recently found myself needing to find accommodation within Bury. All of the staff are really nice people, being friendly polite and professional and making the process of renting fairly straight forward. The property I have rented is pre 1870 just around the time of the Queen Anne revival period and was originally the homes for employees of the local Brewery Greene King. The properties are full of character and in need of some repairs here and there, during the summer period (2015) the contracted builders have completed the replacement of the back doors and repainting of all of the windows and doors. In addition to some landscaping of the front public facing communal garden. Service maintenance to Gas, Water, Electricity is always communicated to the tenant so they are able to be at home, alternatively they may use the agents key which means not needing to take time off of work if leave is short. Regular inspections ensure that the property is kept in good order by the tenant however repairs reported as needed by the tenant are not always attended to as quickly as one would like. (In fairness this point does come from someone who was previously a property owner) I suppose the main question is would the tenant recommend Belvoir to friends and family who may need to rent? Overall I would have to say YES!

GoogleWe’ve just moved out of a house let by Belvoir and have to say I wasn’t happy with the overall service we received from the team. We’ve felt that the communication from Belvoir was quite strange (asking to come over and view the house to ‘confirm it had 2 bedrooms and a kitchen’??) and at one point we even felt threatened. Two stars given because moving in was an easy process at least!
Dear Max, I am sad to hear you were not pleased nor satisfied with the service received during your checkout. After reviewing the correspondence, I can see we tried our upmost to cause as little disruption for you and your family as possible, to which you were very accommodating, so thank you. As you will be aware, we are not the managing agent for this particular property, therefore the purpose of our visit was to be able to provide an up to date market valuation given the properties current condition and presentation as oppose to confirming the number of bedrooms and configuration to which we were already aware. Finally, to hear you felt threatened by a member of staff is incredibly alarming, and a serious accusation I will pursue. In no way shape or form is this something that should or will be tolerated.
