The communication is great - Olivia always makes sure I am kept up to date with my property and answers all of my questions regardless of the time in the UK. Biggest nightmare of a company ! Don’t know where to start! Everything from the lettings to the selling side are horrific ! Would never advise any landlord to let with this company and definitely not get them managed by them ! Never check the property , never chase any arrears ! Make sure you check references of tenants as they actually said they got rid of my terrible tenants by saying they were perfect tenants ! ‘L’ word comes into mind of what they are ! I could write a book on issues I had with them ! Never again ! I d really rate them a 0!

Emily @ Castle Bromwich Branch is excellent. She has helped us rent our property a couple of times now, ensuring quick turn around and good quality applicants.We've also had to rent from them. The service was slick, professional and perfectly managed. Emily updates you constantly, offers help and advise and ensures the process is a smooth as moving house can be.

Worse Agency I have EVER DEALT WITH! Do not go anywhere near them! It would take me 4 months to list the errors, the unprofessional RUDE staff! It took them 4 weeks to ring us back and Evan then it was an automatic response! Their errors have cost us £2500! Honestly they are disgraceful disrespectful money hungry sub human! They don’t care about humans just the bottom line!! Vile!!!

Burton branch.Looked for a rental property, they were quite pushy with getting me to apply, pay a holding deposit and getting details to them, that part, although made me feel pressured was not so much of an issue, its part of their job. However, I was unable to get a suitable guarantor and they instead said I could pay 12 months rent upfront, which was a ridiculous amount and I explained I couldn’t afford that. They were understanding, which I appreciated. I was due to have my holding deposit of £167 refunded (as I did not breach any terms and therefore, legally the money should be refunded) at first I was told “within a week”, then “5-10 days” the time went by and no refund. I was told “within 2 days, it has been actioned”. 4 days later still no refund and my emails are being ignored. Its been 2 weeks now and no refund, I shouldn’t have to chase for my money! I have raised a complaint with head office and will be taking this further. Will never trust them again.

I would have put zero stars if I could, if you want sell your property, please go elsewhere as they lowered the price of my property without consulting me and very very very poor photography does not show the potential of the house avoid at all cost.

I bought a property a week ago and there is too many things missing the contract which connels group lawyers gave me the was tottely deffrent and the property was tottely deffrent when i went to view and when i bought now i am just waiting for them replies and cant do anything just waste of money hundered and sixty thousand pound please be aware dont waste your money like me i am stuck now cant do anything just waiting and i know snd of the day nothing because i paid and the property is mine now so please just becare full and dnt trust them specially there contract paperes.
