GoogleBy the time I signed the contracts Mary had found a tenant, who moved in a week later. I am a first time landlady and was grateful for all the help and advice given to me. I would highly recommend Burchell Edward.

GoogleI can only speak for the lettings dept. An appalling and blatant disregard for tenants of properties they manage, the landlords, or prospective clients or buyers, either intentionally or by incompetence. Common values such as courtesy and procedure seem to be forgotten.

GoogleSales - called to enquire about a property and the tone of the woman/girl who answered could be perceived as if it was a chore having to speak to me! Glad I'm not selling through them!

GoogleAll around very good service from all parts wouldn't use the solicitors again due to the price but for convenience and the speed wanted at the time it was worth it.
