Communication was great throughout the whole process. They really had good knowledge of the market, got me loads of viewings and sold my house quickly and efficiently. Made the whole process easy and John was fantastic to deal with, efficient, friendly, diplomatic and professional Excellent service throughout.

Huge thanks to Liam at Seymours who saw our house move through to the very end. When it looked shaky he went the extra mile to make sure it all happened and I'm not sure it would have happened without him. We would highly recommend him.

The team at Burpham branch were really exceptional in their service delivery, communication and overall experience we received when purchasing our house at the end of 2021. Throughout the ups and downs of this sale and conveyancing queries we successfully navigated the bumps in the road together! A special mention goes to both Alex Codd on sales side and Clive Gee our Client Services Manager who relentlessly endeavoured to push things forward, communicated in a timely fashion and overall were just stars. Thank you guys. We were also touched by the small new home gift we were given as we collected the keys, such a nice touch and gesture we appreicated greatly. I can’t praise the team at Seymour’s, Burpham more. They were all so supportive and really cared about helping us to buy our first home. They were always on the end of the phone to answer questions and help through any issues that arose. Chris helped us to find our perfect house and guided us through the whole process and I can’t thank him Adam, Clive and the rest of the team for being amazing!

If you’re looking to buy or sell in Burpham, Merrow, and the surrounding areas, look no further. Seymours Burpham have a wealth of expertise in the local market. We have bought through them three times and sold twice, and every engagement with the team has exceeded our expectations. Most recently Seymours managed to secure our new home for our growing family, in a difficult market. Seymours valuations are realistic and never over inflated just to secure you as a client, every time we have sold with Seymour’s we have achieved asking price or more, because of their expertise and accurate valuations. Don’t be fooled by other agents who may over promise and under deliver! Seymours are always on hand with a friendly approachable team, and will guide you through the complexities of the buying and selling process, whether you’re a first time buyer, or downsizer! We would highly recommend the team time and time again. A particular mention to Tracey who has always been pivotal to our pleasant experience with the team and majority of our purchases and sales, and most recently Alex and Elisha who were fantastic with our recent sale and purchase.

Initially Seymours seemed ok, but then the errors started to creep in such as leaving the property insecure, not managing the chain properly, which resulted in a 6 week delay which cost us money and finally handing out the key code to our buyer before the sale had completed. Nice enough people, but would not recommend

The transaction was certainly a very challenging one, with an inexperienced first-time buyer involved in the chain, who needed a lot of guidance, which was, unfortunately, not forthcoming from their solicitor. Our role is to act as a conduit between all parties, and we are often at the mercy of solicitors during, what can be, a very fragile conveyancing process.
