GoogleWe used Seymours in Burpham as they are our nearest estate agents. Setting up to sell was very straightforward with one contractor booked to take the all important photos, measurements for the floorpan and the EPC during one visit. A convenient date was arranged for weekend viewings, but we had several viewings even before that date such was the interest in our property. Once we had accepted an offer we were passed to an experienced negotiator (Clive Gee) who calmly and pragmatically kept us informed about progress with our sale.

They kept me informed regularly throughout and stayed in touch as much out of courtesy. I’ve missed touching base with them now that the purchase is complete.

They've always been incredibly polite, acted swiftly to enquiries and have also been great at chasing matters up and down the chain. Even after completion they helped resolve various matters that came up and were friendly and helpful throughout.

GoogleI recently sold my late Mum’s house with Seymour’s. They quickly found a buyer & appointed Clive Gee to liaise with both sets of solicitors to keep the sale moving which was a great help. My only criticism would be that when I was initially told their fee they failed to mention that this was exclusive of VAT, so it was a bit of a shock when I saw the final bill. Misleading but I guess I should have paid more attention to the paperwork.
