GoogleMy partner and I viewed a house in Burpham with Seymours last week and was greeted by the very friendly and smiley Ellyshia Galbraith from the local branch, who showed us around the property. She was extremely helpful, patient, informative and easy to talk to. She took the time to voice her ideas, suggestions and opinions with us which was very insightful. She was easy to contact via phone/email and very quick to reply. We enjoyed meeting Ellyshia and wanted to express our gratitude for her excellent services.

GoogleI want to inform all of my experience with Seymours a few years ago. We wanted to purchase a property listed at 400k (it had been on the market for several months without offers). We offered 390k, Richard from Seymours called to tell us to rethink offering as he didnt think we could afford it. However he had to put the offer in and it was accepted, suddenly we were counter offered. We then went to 410k (over asking). On 2 occassions within 5 weeks of transfer we saw Seymours at the house viewing with someone, I stopped at the house and looking guilty he said it was a friend. 2 weeks before transfer was to take place we were told someone else put the same offer in and the owner decided to change and give the new buyer the property. We once again increased the offer to 435k and I eventually got hold of the owner who informed me that Seymours had been informing them negative feedback about us, including that he didnt think we could afford it.... it was one of my most stressful times and their treatment towards us was totally unacceptable and unethical!! We are now buying our 3rd property but will never use Seymours. I can only presume that he/friend wanted to buy the property at a reduced offer since it had been on the market for a while, then we came along and upset the plan.

GoogleI bought with Seymours back in 2017 and went back to the team to sell my property this year. The Sales team were proactive and Clive’s support throughout the process was second to none - he was always at the other end of the phone to reassure me. I’d recommend the team without hesitation.

GoogleThank you to the wonderful team at Seymours who are so good at supporting local charities. It is really good to see business putting back into our community. My son benefited directly from Seymours generosity at Christmas when he won a Kindle in the George Abbot School Christmas raffle. Until he won the prize I was unaware that Seymours regularly donate prizes to George Abbot and support many other charities locally and nationally.

GoogleProfessional, knowledgeable, helpful and charming are the words to describe our experience with Seymours Burpham. The valuation price for our house was spot on and the time to its sale was mercifully very short. We had many potential buyers thanks to their extensive marketing. They kept us up to date with events very quickly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble! Excellent all round.

GoogleCompleted a house sale with Seymours in September 2019. They obtained a very good price for our home in a difficult market and intervened in a professional manner with an awkward conveyancer. My knowledge of them having lived in Burpham for over 10 years is that if you live in this area, then look no further. In my case they earned their crust!
