The service that was provided here was of high standards it was excellent! Alicja went above and beyond to help me with an enquiry I had. She was not only professional but was an extremely lovely girl. She provided me with a lot of useful information and helped me so much. Recently sold my house with Keenans and couldn't have been better looked after by the whole branch in ACCRINGTON. Special shout out to Jonathan for going above and beyond to ensure the sale went through as quickly and smoothly as possible, not forgetting to mention the offers I received where way above asking price! GoogleAbout to rent a property with Keenan’s. It is incredibly hard to secure a rented property at the moments as they just go so fast. We registered interest on our new property but the tenants before us were still living in the property at the time it went on the rental market. We were added to a waiting list and received a phone call for a viewing. We were shown round the property and the lady couldn’t be more helpful. We are new to the area and were still learning the bearings of the local area. The lady was really knowledgeable and pointed us in the direction of new schools etc for our children. Once our application was received Emily dealt with directly and she couldn’t be more helpful and reassuring us through the application process. Again a really friendly lady who couldn’t do enough for us. I would definitely recommend renting a property through Keenan’s

GoogleI would not recommend keenans or us them again. there service was so disappointing. They did not earn there fee and left us feeling short changed. Dani was fantastic but as soon as we accepted an offer and handed over to kia and Taylor it went down hill fast. Never knowing what was happening and ringing us up to fiqnd out were we were up to. could never get in touch by phone. They left voice message now and again but only told what we allready knew. even our buyer's said they were usless amd informative. There fee was high but there effert and service were very disapointing.

GoogleJohnathon Bury and his team at the Burnley branch have thus far been excellent. I would highly recommend their services. They took care of all of the viewings, but most importantly regularly keep me updated as soon as those viewings had happened and provided feedback. They were very professional and down to earth. My property had only been on the market a small amount of time before sale, they checked out all of the details of the perspective purchaser and came back with a solid and realistic offer. Being happy with the sale of this property I will now be looking for another project and hope to rely on Johnathan and his team to find me a gem.

Chloe was a credit to Keenans with all her help and support. It was stressful at times but we got there in the end and she informed us of what was happening all the way. This was not the easiest thing I've had to do in selling my parents house but Chloe took it all in her stride. Pushing the solicitors to get a move on. Thanks Chloe.

Keenan's have been exceptional with the sale of our house. Jay has kept us up to date at all times and they were really helpful with the viewings as sometimes my job can mean I'm not available to do them myself. Jay and his team have been thoroughly professional since the start and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Other estate agents could learn a lot from these guys.

GoogleBefore I spoke to niomi I had a few bad experiences with keenan's, after speaking and dealing with niomi she has completely changed my opinion of keenan's. she's an absolute credit to the company and deserves all the praise she can get. She's been absolutely amazing with not only responding and chasing enquires up but also with keeping me in the loop with the whole process! With niomi working so hard we have now achieved the end goal and managed to buy our home we really wanted, without niomi this wouldn't of been possible I honestly can not thank her enough!

I just had to leave a review for Jack today from Keenan's in Clitheroe. We have developed a friendly relationship over several house sales. He is always polite, generous and helpful and is a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't use any other estate agents for selling my house, the service is unrivalled (if only our Doctors receptionist was as nice! ) Thanks Jack :)
