After a very long winded process of buying our first home and having a lot of solicitors troubles, Holly absolutely bent over backwards to help us in the process. As it was our first time buying, we didn’t exactly know how the process would go. After getting no help from our solicitors, Holly provided fantastic advice and kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot explain how much she has helped us and kept us sane throughout the process. They are an absolutely fantastic estate agents and if/when we come to sell, we will not be choosing anybody else. I could not recommend them enough if you would like to sell. They are amazing with the sellers and the buyers.The professionalism and diligence to get things completed was absolutely 10 stars throughout.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I definitely would! We bought a house that was for sale with Fardella and Bell so technically, we weren't their clients. However, they could not have done more for us and kept us informed throughout the whole process. We dealt mainly with Aimee, who's friendly and professional attitude shone through at every meeting. Moving day was traumatic to say the least and the exchange was literally down to the wire! However, Fardella and Bell were in constant contact and kept us updated every step of the way. I can honestly say that I will never move again 😂😂 but for anyone that does, I would not hesitate to recommend Fardella and Bell. Their personal touch and property expertise really sets them apart from the large chain estate agents.

They found a cash buyer for my property and it literally took 6 weeks from the viewing until I was packed up and moving out on completion day!
