Hi Fardella &. Bell took charge of my mum's house sale after 18 months with another agent.The house was put on the market and we soon got viewings,we had 3 or 4 in the first few weeks and one of them put an offer in for full asking price. The whole process from start to finish was faultless we were kept in the loop every step of the way. From accepting offer to completion took about 12wk .I would highly recommend Fardella and Bell to anyone who wants to sell or buy a property. Can't thank them enough

This team has got some serious #girlpower! From the get go, every single one of them has been polite, friendly, and helpful to speak to. There has been so much backing in forth-ing with our move and they have made what can be a stressful experience run as smoothly as they could possibly make it. I'm really grateful that we bought our dream once-in-a-lifetime house through them and couldn't be more happy with their efforts. The girls in the office have all been absolutely fantastic throughout, always answering the phone and helping me with everything!
