They always keep us informed of any developments and despite our sale being low priced, we were treated with priority at all times. GoogleWell thanks to Aimeé and the team selling my house was stress free! These girls really know the market and the legal knowledge really set them apart from any other agents I spoke to. From start to finish the advice on price and the market (even during Covid) through to giving my tenants notice, Fardella and Bell was just a phone call or email away regardless of the time they got back to me almost right away. GoogleAbsolutely brilliant staff. Very welcoming, helpful and informative. The staff made the purchase smooth and had all the relevant information to hand. Both parties were well and constantly informed. Staff go above and beyond to help ensure things are done on schedule. They even organised a viewing out of hours, which suited both parties. Easily contactable through either the phone lines or the companies WhatsApp account. 5 gold stars from me.

GoogleI had no reservations what so ever in referring my neighbour to Aimee when she mentioned wanting to sell, the process was quick and easy however this didn't reduce the quality of the service. A modern and slick approach to selling houses means I have gone on to refer others into F&B and will continue to do so without hesitation and full confidence they will do a sterling job!
