Throughout the whole process from initial valuation by Aimee, through the sales negotiation to completion, the service from everyone at Fardella & Bell was second to none. Grace was excellent, she kept in touch every week and was easily contactable any time I had a query. Everyone in the team is professional, friendly and efficient. My completion did not go to plan and a member of the team offered to stay behind half an hour after closing to help and kept the work mobile on after that time. Superb service! We’ve been in the buying process with Fardella & Bell for a few months now (good ‘ol solicitors taking their time). I can genuinely say that this Estate Agents is a breath of fresh air. I have mostly dealt with Grace who has gone above and beyond with middle-womaning between the vendor and myself. A gem of a person who provides updates regularly. Every single team member I have encountered has been lovely - Megan the lady who did the viewing and Holly who sorted my offering. Just great at what they do. We had amazing support from Rachel at Fardella and Bell when we recently bought our house. There was a lot of hassle and stress with the chain and she went out of her way to sort things out. She chased solicitors and other estate agents to push things forward and bring everything together in a tight time frame. Rachel was reassuring and so easy to deal with. We are very grateful for her professional help but also her kindness. We cannot recommend F&B too highly.

Aimee and her team were nothing short of brilliant. They attracted plenty of interest to a point that we had multiple offers well over asking price. Communication was fantastic, keeping us well informed over email and only calling us when they needed to which is ideal during working hours.
