Just sold my second property with Clifford Smith Sutcliffe, we have also previously used their services to buy. I would 100% recommend. They provided a value for money 5 star service from my initial enquiry re the sale to Completion. Utilising them to sell and the conveyancing package took a lot of the stress away. Keelie and Darren held our hands throughout the process and their expertise was extremely reassuring. Despite the constraints of Covid the service was uncompromised and I felt confident in their management of the sale throughout. I have also used their will writing service with the same standard of professionalism.

YellAvoid at all cost
Absolutely appalling firm. They WILL use gazumping. Look at other reviews. I had an offer accepted and was then told the seller was going for another couple who bid higher. Don’t fall into my trap and pay for a survey. I’ve now lost money, a lot of time and also my buyer. Thanks.
