I dealt with Peter throughout the process & he went above & beyond in all aspects & the communication was fantastic. GoogleSimply put, the best people I have ever dealt with. I purchased a house through them; sadly, there were some complications, but they were on my side with the house I was selling. This really wasn't the job of Clifford Smith; however, they were more than willing to do everything in their power they could to help get the deal through. Special mention to Keelie, who, without her, I really don't think I'd be in the position I am in. She was on the phone every day to every person involved with the sale of my house and helping and giving me any advice she could. Without a doubt, I would be dealing with them all again. Thank you for everything.

GoogleUsed Clifford Smith to sell my late mother’s home. Great service with a human touch. Scott was class from the first minute wanted to know the story and the history behind the house. Keelie was superb from start to finish keeping us well informed throughout the sale and getting a great price for the property and Peter was great with the final stage of handing over the keys. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to by or sell 👍👍

GoogleShocking company, sat outside a property waiting for a viewing, nobody showed up, when I called them they said they had sold it and cancelled our appointment, but didn’t bother to inform us. Edit after their response. Total lie, you never spoke to me it was a missed call and no message was left.

You booked this viewing on the 26th November for today, the 7th of December, and we spoke with you on the 29th of November to tell you we needed to cancel your viewing due to a sale being agreed. You may recall in this conversation you stated you wished to be kept in the loop if anything happened with the sale?

Stephen talked me though everything and helped me understand the process which put my mind at ease. Our sale was handled professionally and by a very competent team. They efficiently dealt with all our questions and promptly requested everything to make the sale go smoothly. The valuation process was easy, Scott handled everything and did a great job with the photos of the property and the details which showed the best qualities of the house. GoogleWe had an excellent experience. Our offer was dealt with quickly and professionally. On acceptance the property was promptly removed from the market as agreed, sold sign within days. Then every effort was made to help the purchase go through smoothly, multiple viewings, patiently sorting many enquiries , even a tutorial on how to get the meter reading from and unco-operative meter. Did not have any of the problems in the reviews, the service was spot on and considering the difficult time we are in, beyond expectation. GoogleNervous about selling our house after 24 years but the team at Clifford Smith and Sutcliffe were amazing. We rang the minute restrictions were lifted re covid19 and by the weekend they’d photographed, advertised and got us a buyer!!!! We have had anxious moments but we’ve been constantly reassured and kept updated. It’s been really convenient having the solicitor linked to the estate agents and recommend you take advantage of this fact. Our sale has gone through now and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
