GoogleCaring, supportive and professional. I've let my property with Bridgfords since 2014 and they have been able to help with finding and managing tenants as well as coordinate repairs. Staff are friendly and supportive and keep me informed every step of the way.

YellShockingly Bad !!!!
From a tenants point of view these letting agent's (kirsty the manager) is truely awful. They make up lies and play the tenant and landlord/ladys off of one another to get themselves out of trouble. Kirsty told the council i wouldnt let them into the house to do the repairs !! Utter rubbish ! Finaly threatening me with emails that she would use my emails to make a complaint against the council pushed me over the edge and she got told !! They take zero responsibility for either your welfare and are happy to let sub standard housing. Utter joke !!!

GoogleI recently purchased a property marketed by Bridgfords. Whilst all the viewings was with the Vendor directly, communication was excellent and the overall service was great. If my main contact was away there was always someone else available and up to speed.
