A great company, with fantastic super efficient people who work to ensure buying a house as stressfree as possible.Special thanks to Ben who worked so hard to iron out all the problems we were having. Completely awful agents. Throughout out time of being their tenants, the house wasn’t cleaned on arrival, tried to charge us twice when a previous tenant had already paid for a damage, we was given the wrong emergency number, had a broken shower for a month (still paid full rent), tried to make unfair deductions from our holding deposit - this took two months for us to fight, and am currently still waiting on our deposit which is 4 days over the 5-10 day estimate given. Do not recommend at all.

I’m currently searching for a property in the Slough area, and Romans have consistently been excellent with their communication, regularly sending me details of properties that match my requirements. In particular, Syd at the Burnham branch has been incredibly supportive. She always follows up promptly, whether by email or phone, and takes real care during viewings. I’ve never felt rushed, and her attention to detail truly makes a difference. I haven’t found my dream home yet, but I hope it’ll be with the Romans Burnham team. They’ve made the process feel that much easier and more personal.

Having been faced with unimaginably difficult tenants, Kerensa, Izzy and Swati worked hard to resolve the problem. They have been my port of call and always endeavour to do the best they can. Swati has been impeccable and has found a wonderful family for the new tenancy. I was away on holiday during the entire process and Swati managed everything on my behalf including getting spare keys cut and even replaced batteries in the mandatory smoke alarms! Swati has been so warm, polite and professional and always swiftly replied to my messages, keeping me informed and updated every step of the process. She never left me feeling worried that I wasn’t in the country. I wish her all the best in her career.

My heartfelt thanks to Donna-Marie Brant, Charlotte Travers, and Salome Correia and who have been incredibly proactive throughout the process. Donna-Marie Brant, the property manager displayed great professionalism and attention to deal with all my concerns to move in the new address. In addition, I am grateful for her quick response to all of my queries with prompt solutions. Charlotte Travers addressed all my queries with a great level of patience while viewing the apartment, as well as with post-viewing correspondences which was really nice. Salome Correia was very helpful during the documentation processing stage.

We Don't really write reviews but for Romans going out my way, be careful with this company , trying to charge us bills for when we were not even in the property ,making rent increases 6 months into the contract should be a year, they lied about the property being cleaned, painted and carpets replaced , there are now changed 3 months after we moved in so had to clear each room so carpets could be

Ive recently let my property out through Romans. They were brilliant the entire process, from advertising the place, getting viewings, doing open houses etc. I got the rent that I was asking for, and tenants with lots of background and financial checks all done. As a new landlord, I had a lot of questions, and they were always very helpful in answering everything. A special thanks to David for being very helpful and keeping me up to date with all developments. Would definitely recommend them.
