Hello, I've recently been given a notice of vacating my current location as my landlord sold his house. Within about a week I found a new house (house share) in Woodley. I arranged a viewing on the same day through Ben Cottrell from Romans, paid the holding deposit the next day and now moving in at the end of the month. I just wanted to thank Ben for his customer service and making this as stress free as possible. Although I still have to move so hope I haven't spoken to soon. Anyway, Romans is lucky to have Ben as part of their team.

I had an excellent experience renting my property from the initial viewing right through to moving in. Holly was outstanding throughout the entire process. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful at every stage, always keeping me informed and making everything as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Even after I had moved in, Holly continued to provide support and was quick to help with any questions I had. Her customer service has been exceptional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Holly and the Romans team in Caversham to anyone looking to rent a property. Great experience finding our first flat in Reading.

We had a wonderful experience working with the Roman's Tilehurst team who helped us find our first flat in the Reading after moving from New Zealand. Nathan was fantastic at helping us find our home showing us 3 different properties of interest and working closely with us on our tenancy approval. Mark and Lorraine were also excellent answering our tenancy questions and helping us navigate our tenancy application. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking for your first flat in Reading.

What can i say? Called on the morning of 2nd March and spoke to Swati on the phone requesting a same day viewing of an apartment to rent that had just gone up same day. Quickly booked and both agreed for 14:30. Advised me I’ll be meeting Maryam at the property. My first time moving into a place where it’s all on me. The advice the help these 2 ladies have given is amazing. Viewed the place with Maryam and Maryam just stepped to the side and said ‘you view it and then we speak’ i loved that! Usually when i have been viewing the estate agents want to rush and get it over and done with but Maryam allowing me to do that and speak to family at same time had my nerves settled. We spoke had a few laughs and i just knew this place was the one but the hard part was me moving in within a week. These ladies were on top of it to ensure everything was done correctly and also done swiftly. Swati helped me understand some things and also helped me with the formalities smoothly. They met the target of my moving in date and went to go collect the keys after work from Maryam at the store and its like she knew i was coming she was ready with everything. I want to say to both of you ladies. You both are amazing at what you do. Please keep doing what you are doing and never change. You both have an amazing personality. 🥰

Nathan, Mark and Steve were excellent at helping me get a place at The Roebuck, at short notice ( which I needed) I should have used Romans, Tilehurst, much sooner, as they got everything done, ASAP. Lorriane, the Move in Manager, was really professional as well, everything done for my move in with no problems. In the future, I will use Romans, Tilehurst, before anyone else; their skill at find accomadation has been the best I've experienced so far

Romans Estate Agents, Windsor are excellent in every way. they go that extra mile to be kind, helpful and considerate throughout the transaction of putting my house up for sale with them as sole agents. their marketing strategy is superb. Carl, the Sales Manager is a great guy and keeps in regular contact throughout along with his team also. Many viewings, much interest in the property and its location. Plus an added sector within the group is First For Auctions again with excellent staff, so, if you were worried about the market and selling through the normal way you can have the option of going to Auction. I would highly recommend Romans Estate Agents, Windsor as first class plus!.

Update: I have just left a property managed by Romans Burnham for 4 years. They were incredibly professional and efficient - issues being resolved speedily with clear communication. Maryam assisted us with our property search and all the way through until referencing was completed. Very friendly and bubbly, and also open and honest which can be hit and miss with estate agents. She is a key asset to Romans Burnham. Wanted to say thank you, especially with our previous experience searching for a property with a different estate agent company, where the tenants chose to overstay their tenancy after our agreed date, causing us to request our holding deposit back - even after referencing was complete and we were about to sign the agreement - and look elsewhere. Letting my property with Romans

We have been letting our property through Romans for the past 5 years and Romans has always found tenants for us very quickly. They always kept us updated with regards to the progress of the viewings and the new tenants. Everyone in branch including Sang, Tim, Charlotte, Lucky, Kim, Salome has been brilliant with communication and getting all sorted intime for my new tenants. Use someone else

Trying to enquire about rental properties via Romans is terrible. You come across one of their properties on Rightmove, ask if they accept pets and you will be bombarded. Missed calls, voicemails, emails adding your details to databases, thanking you for choosing Romans to help you find your next home, thanking you for applying for a new home with Romans. Its all very strange and in the end you'll still not get a response. Just rent a property with someone else who will actually just answer your questions. I have genuinely given up enquiring about properties listed by Romans now. Waste of time
