I have used Romans Landlord service for almost 7 years. Kimberley Garcia Jones - Property manager for managing our property is simply awesome. She is always prompt responding the query and she make sure the landlord is always well informed about any issues that tenant are facing follow it up to till the end to resolve the issue. Kim is a great asset for Romans.I would n't happy to use Romans services for my future needs.

Been with Romans Swindon for over a year now and I’ve had no issues with them, Christine Lancaster is really lovely and helpful and gets any queries taken care of rather swiftly. I had an issue with my boiler and submitted a fault report, Christine called me back, after taking a few details Gasworks resolved the issue the very next day, really happy about that.

I have found your company very professional. In particular I've been dealing with Reece. He has been so helpful and very knowledgeable about each property. Reece has promised to find the right property for me and I believe him. Very honest and good with dealing with people. In an age when customer service isn't always everyone's priority I found it refreshing to have been on the receiving end of true professionalism.

I would like to call out Isabella York who is the property manager for our property. Her close contact and support for us and our tenants has been invaluable. Isabella is a real asset for Romans.

GoogleAfter viewing the property and putting down an offer to rent the property, I had to wait 2-3 weeks just to get an answer which I have no update about it untill now. Whenever asked an update from my end I used to get a reply stating "Waiting for the Landlord to answer". I do realize the offer might not be upto the mark as the landlord wanted it but I feel there should be a professionalism where the person should have advised that the offer had been rejected and keeping someone hanging until someone else puts a new offer across. I would never use them again as for any agency. Sadly i had to give 1 Star as there was nothing below 1
