Right from the day we registered with Roman's we have experienced a very professional approach from Roman's - be it Matthew, whom I contacted first in November. He remembered that we are on a notice period till April and are interested in a property in Hawkes Close. So, when such a property came up in February, he did not forget to call us and give us the first viewing. Then the entire process of referencing and finalising the contract was carried out professionally and Abbi were very kind to address a few of our concerns and incorporate that in the contract. Finally, since we moved into the property, Isabella got into action and helped us sort out the initial teething issues with settling in. So far our experience with Romans has been pleasant and we are happy with the quick turnaround of any issues that we have been raising. Certainly, it has been a much better experience than our previous lettings agency. Romans Windsor have been exceptional from start to finish

My experience with Romans in Windsor has been positive from start to finish. I ended up getting the property I really wanted thanks to Annie Nicholls and the her wonderful colleagues. I was referenced checked with the lettings hub who were great and everything was sorted before move in date. On arrival of checking in, I was happily surprised to see a massive box which was a care package left by the Romans team. It contained everything I could ever need including breakfast bars, toothpaste, cookies, DVLA move home reminders and most importantly, some vouchers for a huge hamper of wine! Annie and the whole Windsor team have been amazing and I’m so grateful that my son and I are living in our dream home. Thanks so much for all your efforts!

I honestly have nothing bad to say. I was recently given notice during covid to leave my house I was renting by another agent as the landlord wanted to sell which stressed me out so so much and I come across a property with Romans Basingstoke. Had a viewing and secured it straight away. The agents were amazing. Maddie the little diamond made sure the entire process and through my referencing was as smooth as possible keeping me up to date with everything. And Molly made sure all my documents and info was sent on time and any questions I had were answered quick time. If you want to rent a house - speak to Maddie in Basingstoke branch. She is amazing and made it enjoyable instead of stressful. And between Maddie and Molly it was the most stress free experience 🤍🤍 I was also able to do the no deposit option which was a really good solution for me !!
