GoogleNot really into on line visiting , so it was ok
Agent replied
Dear Lesley. We are sorry to hear you don't like on-line visiting. As the country is in a lockdown due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, we are following guidelines closely, carrying out physical viewings for proceedable, ready to move applicants, in order to keep cross-contamination down. We offer online viewings and video tours for all other applicants. We are sorry if you do not think this is the correct course of action. Regards CJ Hole
