CJ Hole Burnham-on-Sea is a well-established family business, providing specialist estate agency services to the local community for over three decades. We have a wide range of properties for sale in Burnham, Highbridge and the surrounding villages of Berrow, Brean, Brent Knoll, East Brent, East & West Huntspill, Lympsham, Pawlett, Puriton, Walrow and Woolavington. Operating from our High Street office, Director Edward Creswick is a well-known and highly-respected local figure who began his estate agency career the late 1980's. Edward has been associated with the CJ Hole brand since 1991 and the franchise owner since 2012. Edward works alongside his Son Will, and a team of local staff, boasting extensive experience in the residential property industry as well as exceptional knowledge of the local areas. Our main areas of business are residential sales, along with land and new homes. We are also able to refer financial services and conveyancing.

GoogleI have used CJ Hole in the past, both to sell a property and to purchase. Without Matt and Tom's help and assistance I am sure the current chain I was in would have collapsed. The entire team are very experienced and most professional too. Living and working in Burnham-on-Sea gives them the edge as they know every inch of the area so any questions can be dealt with promptly. Experienced, friendly and professional means I can highly recommend them.

GoogleExcellent service and support received from CJ hole with Ed Creswick. We have worked closely with them this year as they chose us as their charity of the year, Somerset Breast Cancer Now. From selling cream teas, to sky dives and so much more the personal support received has been overwhelming. Not to mention that I know many local people have chosen to use CJ Hole on the back of knowing they are buying or selling a house that has chosen to support our local charity. Highly recommend this helpful, kind and professional team.

GoogleWell what can I say, if it wasn't for the persistence of Jordan and Mathew at CJ hole I am sure the sale would have fallen through. A long haul at no fault of CJ Hole but through misleading information from other agents and the painfully slow progress from solicitors was finally pulled together with force by Jordan and Mathew. I can't thank them enough for the hard work and persistence they have put into the sale of my property .
