Sold yet another one of my houses. I have always used CJ Hole over the last 30 years and found them to be professional friendly and good at communication. Very happy with the sold price and would fully recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the property market. Thank you all at CJ Hole.

My partner and I had been to other local agencies and got no where. So we tried CJ Hole and were assisted by Kerry she was amazing. She found the perfect rental property that met all our requirements and continued to provide a follow up after care to see how we were getting on in our home. All staff are welcoming in the office and always greeted with a smile. Thanks all.

Tony, please call us 01278 780000 this morning to discuss which property you are refering to. We feel the 1* rating is unjust and unfair in this current pandemic so would kindly ask for you to reconsider. Some properties don't actually wish for their property to be live on the internet straight away and want to see what interest they get from the board first, so this review isn't fair. Contact us this morning so we can explain further. Regards CJ Hole

I would recommend C J Hole as an Estate Agent of choice above the others as they were helpful in so many ways. They talked through all the options, helped negotiate the sale of my property and when I found a property they negotiated on my behalf. Absolutely brilliant, took away a lot of the stress and strains of moving. If I moved again would use them.

I Would like to thank CJ whole as a company for dealing with my purchase in such a professional but friendly manner. Matt in particular went out of his way to help. He went above and beyond on the day we collected our keys,as my wife was very sick at the time ! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Richard Cooper

We feel totally confident in CJ Hole Burnham on Sea Letting Team, having established a relationship with them over the past 4 years. They are knowledgeable, accommodating and importantly for us carefully match as closely as possible their tenant enquiries with the properties we wish to rent. Without reservation we are happy to recommend them to other Landlords.
