GoogleWe have recently completed the purchase of a new house at Heartwood, Docking. The support and assistance provided by Sowerbys through Susie Hamilton throughout the process (and beyond completion as well) has been exemplary. Susie has looked after us and kept us up to date since the first day we walked into the sales office and made an enquiry, even though we weren't at that stage in a position to proceed with a purchase...... and did everything to make sure that we were able to secure the property that was right for us on the development. We couldn't rate Susie's support and help any higher, whether that was keeping us up to date, following up on any questions or chasing the developer (Hill) when required.

GoogleWe have been looking for a second home in the Burnham Market area and Karen at Sowerbys (as well as the broader team) have been great. As out of towners, we needed some flexibility with viewing dates/times which they were happy to accommodate, Karen's local knowledge is amazing, making things much easier for us in many ways, and communication has always been super efficient and clear also, not just with us but seller also, which we really appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Having bought and sold other properties in the area and been unfortunate enough to endure the poor service of some of the more well know high street names it was great to deal with Sowerbys Burnham Market who gave a professional and positive service to us.
